It began by rehabilitating historic buildings in the city centre. Today, it has established itself as one of Portugal's leading property developers and is mainly dedicated to building homes for middle- to upper-class Portuguese, 90% of whose clients are Portuguese. It was founded in 2015 and has already worked on several buildings in the city. It currently has its own buildings, such as Altear in Alta de Lisboa, Mirear in Miraflores and, in 2026, it will have a new project in Loures, Élou.
