Max, the food attacker, probably was responsible for biting Mama, but we know it was just by accident because he loves his Mama! Bax and Brownie share the food plate well; maybe you could feed them up on a chair or table and feed Max on the floor so he can't take over the food and overeat? Max may be one of those cats who needs one of those food puzzle dishes to control how much he eats?! ❤🐈⬛🐈🐈😻😊

It's good to know it was just that she's been bitten by a kitten while feeding that seems to have made her sore, and that she's just weak from the lack of food she experienced before you rescued her. If she had the malnutrition for a long period it may take her quite a while to recover. I hope she improves enough soon to just reject feeding them too much, but still mother the kittens with grooming etc., rather than scaring them away completely like she's doing now. It's wonderful the kittens are capable of eating now. Max is so eager! Once he recovers from his diarrhoea, he should be able to put on weight pretty fast with that kind of appetite.

Could you make a homemade soup, with a little chicken or meat , rice, a potato, a carrot and a lot of water You can boil for an hour and it's ready!! @@Love4PetsYou know what you are doing. You know that if you give them separate bowls they will be in all of them and inside the bowls and the food will be on the floor, or they will all eat out of one bowl. I think you should follow your instincts and go with your experience.

just saying don’t feed the kittens mama milk because i had a mama cat she was a weak cat and i did what you are doing feeding the kittens one time a day with mama milk it was feeding time then she passed away 😢
