We see no free Air, no free Water, no petrol weigh Machine etc. in a petrol pump . Who will complain n who will listen ? All theses formalities is meant for as a written dialogue on the wall . First of all every petrol pump , whether it is self mentained properly , should be checked up or reviewed by a special squard in a regular interval of times. Unless all efforts will be in a vain .
