Horse meat - millions of people in Central Asia, China, and Mongolia seem to think it's perfectly delightful. Many would say that there are dishes that just aren't right if they're made with anything but horse. Casu Marzu - why? Starvation I guess. But outside of that, toss it. I'll go on record saying that I think it's just plain weird to go to maggots for flavor. Grasshoppers, ants, even beetles, okay, but maggots? Hard pass. Blowfish - that's the bungee jumping of sushi. People clearly eat it only because they want to be among the 99% that don't die from it. If no one ever died from trying it there would be no reason to eat it. Someone has to die every so often or eating blowfish and bungee jumping lose their appeal.
