It's also funny how obvious it is that they forgot the extra healing would contribute more to her ult charge and give her ult every 30 seconds.

After seeing the patch notes, I started playing Queen. I feel like I'm playing really badly and wasting ability uses but I'm somehow getting top damage, top elims and winning games. So, yeah, balanced hero, no complaints.
The secret to queen is just spamming your quick melee. You have three different ways to get wounds on the enemy, plus overhealth for emergencies. Big time stall capability.
I personally say the Queen buffs are fine as comparing her to any other tank, she doesn't rly have much but shout, and the moment that's gone and she gets jumped on, she can't rly do much. At least she can actually still die, unlike a certain strong Russian that could probably crush my head with her thighs. Dunno why I added that last bit but you know- 9:35 Also can we talk about how Kiriko threw suzu down, booped the Mercy, got the flash, but somehow didn't get the immunity. Amazing-

the previous buff she got where carnage cooldown was reduced by 2 seconds per hit is making these current buffs broken. they might have been reasonable without it, and maybe 1.75X healing instead of the huge 2x.
