So I'm a baking amateur and I have to give my input about the red velvet cake conversation after race 1. Cocoa powder is only in the recipe to cause a reaction with vinegar and baking soda to give the cake an additional rise and to give the cake its more savoury "tangy" flavour, so that's why it don't taste like chocolate cake despite the cocoa powder being in the recipe

a way to shortcut this reaction, and what is used more commonly in baking mixes as opposed to cakes made from scratch, is an actual "red velvet" flavouring, which also has red pigment in it. the base of the cake mix is a combination of vanilla and chocolate, so its kinda just less strong chocolate. normally

On Chilled's favorite map, you have to not jump/boost on the mushrooms and go high and hit the blue 1 because it makes you fly (less likely to fall in at the end).
