I heard Swamis speech that eating nonveg is bad and sinful when I was 13 years old. Now I am 58 years old. So I am vegetarian for 45 years because of our beloved Swami. I am immensely benefitted not only in my present life but also even in my after life because Swami saved me by telling us to be vegetarians. The transformation that swami brings in us is really huge. It helps us to proceed on the way to Moksha. JAI SAI RAM.

Then why these type of diseases not come in this earth, knowing that these non-vegetarian items are injurious to the health they consume more and complains Doctors are not seeing the patients properly which is a rediculous one.
Follow Baba's tip. If you are unable to convert into a pure vegetarian, try to give up one non-veg item that you consume. Like, I sacrificed chicken ( mutton as well). That's a great leap towards success.
