Man,the Time Choujin were on a whole other level of threat,every time you thought they ran out of fighting options,they pull an uno reverse card with their OP abilities. Plus,they're such douchebags they broadcasted live Kevin's slow death.

There,he encounters Neptune King who manipulates him to further his own plans to rejoin the Perfects by introducing him to the Perfects where his grief and depression is twisted and his ego fed by the darwinistic ideologies,something that fits him perfectly due to his absolute strength. Then,the instance Neptune King broke the rules,not only he felt betrayed,but his whole lifestyle felt like a huge lie due to the false image of perfection he's been sold to. As if that's not enough,the minute he rejected their ideology,he was hunted down and later ganged up for signing the treaty. To continue,in Nisei Tag,due to his loneliness and melancholy due to living in seclusion and training to maintain his physical condition and strength,he sought to revive the Perfect Chojins and return to the darwinistic ideology of absolute strength in hopes to fill the emptiness he had in his heart while rejecting the concepts of friendship and warmth. At least,before he teamed up with Mammothman whom he saw as a son to whom he enforced his ideology that later got him screwed in the semi finals where he also repents his past actions and admits his feelings he had for Mammothman before having his life taken(and returned again). Looking at all that,you can conclude he's a villain whose absolute strength led him to a path of sadness and pain. He's a representation of what unparalleled power does to one mentally when he has none to fight,no way to improve and none to share your life with.
