I often use asmr to help me do school work. Since asmr stimulates your brain it helps me focus. I can’t do anything in pure silence it’s just how I grew up
i struggle with complete silence as well but I’ve never listened to it with school work but I’ll definitely give it a go now
I actually can’t do that because ASMR makes me tired and it would not help at all. But that’s cool. I didn’t know it helps focus.

If you need ideas, what about a long hearing test? They are usually paired with ear cleaning but just a long hearing test with triggers and close whispering (love these) sounds awesome!

I’ve been watching your asmr videos for almost two years now Lizi, and I have to say how grateful I am for them. I struggle horribly with anxiety and have had multiple losses in the past 2 years that have really put me in a dark place. Your videos, even though it’s only for a short time was sometimes one of the only things that brought me any sense of comfort some days. The effort you put into your videos constantly amazed me, and I appreciate the time you’ve spent on these. My favourite by far are the roleplay videos, specifically the fastest asmr as someone with adhd. I definitely hope you continue making videos for a long time, they’re more helpful than I ever imagined when I started watching them.

I wasnt able to listen to (your!) Asmr with talking when studying but I can listen to it when working (from home) which helps concentrate and relax, as long as I dont have to memorize anything ;D

6:14 yes when I was in school once I started using asmr for background while I studied I couldn’t go back it was TO QUIET without it and helped me focus on what I was doing same with reading I would listen while I read

I usually listen to brown noice when I’m studying to focus better but even asmr works but only the ones with sounds and no speaking. Otherwise I put on asmr non stop when I can like when I do chores around the house or take the subway as well. Makes me so relaxed.🙈 Eye exam and cranial nerve exams videos are my favorites. And you are my top one so keep going 😊❤
