Hello.. In both dependant Mother and dependent father , Father’s name is showing up. I tried updating clicking on edit and it got rejected from Branch office saying that Name mismatch. I gave documents of Adhar and Pan card still they rejected it saying Name mismatch.

Main ek esic ka members hu my garden department mein job karta hun Mujhe aapse ek Jankari chahie kya Hamen monthly chhutti rahti hai ya nahin ya varshik chhutiyan rahti hai Iske bare mein complete Jankari ya video chahie

Don't update from your side
Tell your HR to update if they will update then there will not be any rejection
After uploading all documents submit option nt showing
