Salt and black pepper
10g chopped green onion
30g chopped tomato
20g Chopped sweet pepper
unsalted butter
2 tortillas (23 cm)
Cheddar cheese
1 slice avocado
Mozzarella cheese
Crumbled bacon

I did this and I love that it took just the one pan. I usually do my tortilla and cheese first and then do the eggs and add to the tortilla so definitely took out a step and the outer shell is nice and crisp.
