Well Charmy does canonical Think shadows really cool and impressive (according to the game Shadow the hedgehog) so this actually makes sense.
10:15 Funny Charmy says that considering that since the Chaotix are confirmed canon in the sonic movie 2 tie in comic. You can even see Charmy‘s antennas just off panel.

They better have Rouge the Bat in the next movie! Because I know that with Shadow, they can’t forget Amy Rose, Cream the Rabbit, and Rouge the Bat. Plus I know that in Sonic X, they introduce Cream the Rabbit and her pet Cheese, Amy Rose, Rouge the bat.
Shadow and Rouge in this video are like a couple with Charmy Bee (Cherrios) as their son!

Well, if it helps Rouge and Charmy, before Sonic Movie 3 comes out there's still the Sonic series coming out next year before then so who Knows? You might appear then.
A lot of people thinks that Charmy is going to be in sonic movie. You know Sonic Movie 6 in 2030.
very nice. btw, if you want more Sonic Heros type stuff. look up Sonic Classic Heroes. a rom hack that has Team Sonic & Team Chaotix. you can play through both Sonic 1 & 2 with it as well. told Charmy about it as well. you might like it. heck, it even has the Chaotix rubber band feature if you're up for that
