Mora companion Good for woodworking task, but the scandi grind make the knife not performing well for food prep. Ganzo are the opposite. I guess this Ganzo mean to be companion to Mora Companion.😅
I do have a Bahco 2444, which is just a rebadged Mora, the previous model to their Companion. It's actually about half the price of a Mora Companion in New Zealand. Everything you said about the Companion applies to the 2444 too.
I'm a big fan of Mora, been using them for a good bit and I think they're some of the most reliable and capable fixed blades for the money. But this Ganzo has some neat features to it, I like the gun checkering and the high sabre grind looks like it would slice pretty well. I'm looking forward to seeing these two go head to head, buddy! Cheers!
the Ganzo is nice too but I do not like the green color at all, would prefer a sand one like on the Mora or in Orange, but Orange seems to be sold out in all Europe ...
03:40 carbon and stainless are two fundamentally different types of steel. Carbon will rust if poorly cared for, so will stainless at some point, but in general stainless is considerably more rust prone. Mora uses 12C27 steel for their stainless knives.

😂 Very true!!
Excellent the pair of them, I have 3 mora’s for many years can’t fault them and they do get used, thanks good review.
Thanks for watching! I have more to come on these two knives :)
Very cool comparison! Great video 👍
Thanks! 👍

Thanks buddy! The Ganzo is a contender for sure 👍
I think Mora uses 12C27 stainless, if I remember correctly. They both look like great camp knives.
Thanks partner, I appreciate that info👍
I like the Ganzo better than the Mora because of the checkerd hand girp and the wider blade.
Hi bro, didn’t even think you still watched my videos, thanks.
The Mora is a very good knife (or kniv) but the Swedes seem to forget there are left handed people in the world.
I have an 806 on order.

Yes, orange is a great color so you can find it if it falls 👍
I like Mora best of any Bush Craft knife.
Watching this bias video I will stick to great Mora forever.
Both look like nice knives! I've have several Mora knives they have been great!!

I own both knives, i have used both knives and hands down without predjudice the ganzo is a little superior my opinion.
Thanks for the info partner, they certainly do both have great features.
Mora is better I have the basic 511in red and black in carbon steel.
It is a tried and true worker!
👍🏻
