Subhan'Allah. This popped up, in front of me just now, as I opened TH-cam. Only few minutes after I got done with my Isha prayers (and cried my heart out, in my Sallah), my heart was weighing me down and I was feeling so hopeless and humiliated....
And here I am, sitting in wonderment ; of how, Allah's mercy and help seek us, for, we, seek HIS mercy and help and cry in our Sallah (only) and not cry in front of anyone else.
Indeed, we find find our solace in HIS remembrance. ❣

I have chronic anxiety and severe chronic depression.
It's so bad, I'm having a hard time doing Salah, but I fight very hard to do Salah and never miss it.
I feel my creator is punishing me, for my past sins.
I feel my creator might not be pleased with me, but I pray all the time for forgiveness and more faith.
No no brother! That's negative thinking should be stopped as our prophet urged us to keep praying and humbly asking Allah SWT.

Feeling so low . I wanted good result in my H.S.C exam , Alhumdulillah he gave me great result. But now when I'm supposed to take preparation for my admission in university I'm in depression. I have lost a lot of time . I'm not prepared for my admission exam . Due to confusion in career choice & depression I couldn't take necessary steps for my preparation. People always praised me for my good results but now I'm struggling for admission in good university . I'm feeling helpless . Allah has never left me empty hands .
