      That's my favorite album of all time!!! You can literally listen to it front to back without skipping any songs... I'm glad I was able to meet Pac when I was 15 years old. He came to the old Cincinnati Convention Center with N2Deep, Spice 1 & Too Short during his Thug Life Tour. I got to meet all of them at one time, because my dad and 2 of my uncles had a security company and they did security for all the celebrities when they came to Cincinnati. I miss those days. 🙏🏾💯💪🏾✊🏾

      Yeah but he contradicted himself cause he always saying how its too easy to rhyme only one syllable and Pacs favorite was anything that rhyme with Enemy ,block, cops .His subject matter was Elite ,Delivery and flow were Elite, his ability to do hits is Elite .But his lyricism is good/decent but not elite .But as a total package thats puts him in the goat debate but strictly lyrical wise he aint top 20

    For those fans and rappers who say Tupac wasn't a 'lyricist' don't understand what lyricism means. Pac's first verse on 'Still I Rise' is one of the greatest verses ever written.
    "Somebody wake me, I'm dreaming,
    I started as a seed of semen,
    Swimming upstream, planted in the womb while screaming,
    On the top was my pops, my mama screaming stop,
    From a single drop this is what they got..." The amount of skill that takes to put those words together and make you visualise what he's talking about is extraordinary. To add, you could feel Pac emotionally and I think that's why people brush over his lyrical ability because they're more focused on how the music touched their soul. It's almost as if the other stuff didn't matter.

    For the most part, people who say that just mean that Pac wasn't a lyricist like Biggie, Em, Jay, Black Thought, Talib Kwalib, Big Pun, etc.. I've never rewound a Pac verse for his catchy wordplay. When I rewind a Pac verse or an entire song is because that ish struck a chord, pulled on a heart string, and yanked on my soul. That's what poets do, and that's what 2 Pac was - a poet. That was his strength.

    All intelligent, honest rappers and fans acknowledge Tupacs lyrical abilities. He rapped so eloquently and clear that it seemed simple. "My live mind got me surviving five rounds, My forty-five got me fortified with live rounds,
    When shit's thick we plot hits, when my Glock spits, All hail, out on bail, wrath of 2Pacalypse.." His alliteration in many songs is crazy: "Picture Perfect, I Paint a Perfect Picture,
    Bomb the hoochies with Precision.." 🔥

      @dawb86 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @fendibabii2118 I’ve said that before but people just don’t WANT to understand lol. Cats like Pac and Prodigy that was art school kids had to “dumb” so much of the messages in the music down for the average fan to connect. If you know how to listen properly, cats like Pac, BIG, Nas, Prodigy were all talking about the same things and trying to pull the youth into the right path. That’s why BIG said before he passed he didn’t want to keep talking about hustling in all his records anymore because he wasn’t living like that anymore…
