Why yanqing use this set?
quantum set is kinda universal because of the def ignore, and the more def shred you bring along, the better it gets... pela had two (luka light cone, and her ultimate)
the subs op has on it are really good too, their yanqing has 41% cr and 191% cd before his own buffs! good subs > set bonus
