Mastered every basics except Pull-ups because of not having polls but trained it using other exercises inplace of pull ups and now working on tuck planche which I can hold 5 seconds and L sit For 10 sec but cant do handstand . But no problem I have starded working on it including basic calisthenics move. Just been 4 monthes started calisthenics and started it from age 16 as I am . So seing my results I am glad. To be your student
I am working out hard on my abs but its not visible and I cant feel any pain in my abs while working out on it With perfect form While working I fell little dificult while crunching cannt fell in abs but I fell difficult in crunching but dont know why?
