I thought he was a real estate agent himself with his own money, but that transaction should have been discussed with "his wife", and that was a no no. If money issues were going to be an issue, no marriage should have taken place. She's got a tile and floor line, and has a few millions thanks to HGTV, more than he does, so it's an absolute shame for not having a prenup. Get prepared to fight....
