Migraine is a neurovascular disorder characterized by a headache that can be unilateral (one-sided), move from one side of the head to the other, or from the back of the head to the front (often settling above an eye). Dr. Sab iam umer and I had "ssri" Mirtazapine 15mg for 6 months and then left it abruptly now it been one and half year that I left Mirtazapine. It was a disaster when I left it I got sever panic attacks, dizziness, drowsiness, now iam suffering dizziness ,vertigo , anxiety, depression , blurred vision , twitching in eyes ,anger sometime , tinnitus,migraine headaches, brain zaps ,hard to concentrate, strain comes while using computer at my office , fatigue, emotional feelings these things come and go dr. So basically migraine patienets are very sensitive. We shd make each and evey move consicously very diffucult to lead life like this doc. We also have to have fun in life and during festivals or trios we tend to not take care. Pls suggest medicines irrespective of the reasons. Becuse i have al type of reasons. After 15th day of period i get, during summer, durind very cold, due to tension, due to excerise, due to stress, due to IabS amd anxiety, during weekends, wen i travel, due to acidity, constipation,due to neck pains, less sleep, more sleep, sweat,intercourse, without intercourse, have al the reasons so pls suggest wat medicine shd i take
