I recently finished my cross country certificate in New Zealand and it’s cool to see other pilots learning the same lessons I had to not long ago. It sounds like you have an awesome instructor. I promise that all of the information/decisions get less overwhelming the more you do it. Keep learning!
Have a good look at your yaw string. It's hard to centre it I know, but at the moment it's all over the place. You'd preserve more altitude if your glider wasn't slipping left and right nearly all the time. Maybe your instructor is working on it and didn't mention it this time.
@alhamilton7261 you need to be a solo pilot before you drive the winch, you need to understand a launch as a pilot before you start throwing a glider in the air

get your head out of the cockpit, and fly by instinct not by instruments it will make you a better pilot.
