It's often played at the end of the show or just before the encore as was the case here. Regarding the dancers, they did get to contribute more vocally and instrumentally later on. I think there's been a few songs on the channel were they do have mics and Nenne plays keyboard. As for Gacharic Spin changing their sound, I'd say the recent releases have gone in a somewhat different direction compared to their previous work. Not in an off-putting way though. At least not for me, and I'm a fan of the old stuff. And they do still play the old songs as well so it's all good.
As a reference, Angie and Yuri joined in 2019. Angie was about 12-13 years old in 2014 depending on when in the year this was recorded. This was even pretty early in the dancers careers, they were also pretty young as well (in their mid teens I believe). This is their older sound, I much prefer their newer stuff as well, this is very poppy. But yes it is without question fun to watch.
Gacharic Spin for me is an awesome live band. I do have some of their recorded songs in playlist, but the live performance really makes their songs even better. Some of the members have done something different by teaming up with Fuki of Unlucky Morpheus to make the group Doll$Boxx. I enjoy hearing different perspectives because would be very boring if we all had the same opinion.
Nice reaction and a fair score, nothing wrong with it. GS has some real bangers and some that are just OK, but always with high energy. GS always puts a smile on my face, so I like most of what they do. Thanks for continuing to react to GS (and all the other Japanese rock/metal bands).
It is difficult with your expectations that have risen, the more you have viewed Gacharic Spin. For me, their live performance is a joy to behold. Within a few seconds of the song starting I am smiling and wishing I could have been in the audience. I often believe viewers often miss your review is mainly about the song composition. Gacharic Spin do have a certain sound. As you say, they have a formula that works for them. Understandably you always enjoy the stage energy and crowd interaction. I even enjoy the two girls dancing. It all adds to the visual impact. You do not require a complex song for the audience to join in, as Dangan Beat demonstrates. Oreo deserves your score alone! 😍
These ladies has been doing this for 15 years...of course there are some songs that are not world class (but still good), but the stamina of them, year after year they are delivering every show...that's impressive in my book! They surely sets the bar high! This is not my favorite GS song, but it's still good!
No issue with the score from me. It’s at the simple end of their range for sure and generally just a feel good high energy end to the show. Now if you’d seen this earlier in the range of your reactions to GS then I think you’d have been much more impressed by the stage energy and especially Oreo’s antics, so I don’t think Broken Lover and More Power are necessarily much better songs, you just heard them earlier. They do have some more “impressive” IMO more recent songs, so will see what you think, but also might need to get used to some MVs with them 🤣

I'm certainly considering requesting Live every moment in the future though as you say there's not much stage activity and more emphasis on the music, so I'm a bit reticent to request it. Same with Rabbit hole and The Come up chapter. I'm hoping that David would be accepting of that given he's now somewhat more used to and less impressed by (though still enjoys) the high energy show, but its hard to say how he'll react - could give them a 2 for standing there like a tree.....
I think the idea of rating art is a joke anyway. I appreciate your analysis on everything you review but couldn’t care less what number you attach to it. That said, I agree that this song is both good and rather generic (cookie cutter). They have subjectively better and worse songs than this, but either way they are a really fun watch/listen and I’d enjoy seeing them live some day.
The other thing about ratings is how people get emotional to the point that a rating scale becomes meaningless. For example, on a 1 to 10, “5.5” is mathematically “average”. But in practical reality, people interpret 9-10 as good/great, 8-9 as average/good, and 7-8 as mediocre/average, and
