It's the details like the sculptures, the brass throughout the house, the wine cabinet with brass pegs behind amber glass, the exposed pocket door with the hidden track, and to top it off, the outdoor shower in the primary bedroom...jaw dropping! I love, love, love, this design!!!

So many of these homes seem to be all about displaying modern luxuries that would be more fitting in large public resorts instead of individual homes. So much emphasis on materials & everything needing to feel organic or natural with stone, metal etc that leaves one longing for warmth & scale that's more conducive to intimate gatherings.
