Identical and same power is the third property where it'll become a sphere Whereas what u asked by placing +2 in one and +4 in another it is property 5 where it becomes a sphere cylinder

Applying the same concept just now we will 75 in place of 90 and 165 in place of 180 as they are perpendicular to one another

Cross cylinder means to convert the prescription into a cross so for your given it will be +1.00 at 90 and -1.00 at 180 when make a cross
