I have purchased the Hero LECTRO 27.5 2.6years back .I crossed 4000 km. At that time the company is advertising for Rs 18000 but GST ST Rs.20000. Battery now it is 15Kms at one charge. The cycle is very low weight. Comming to this cycle it is old model & rigid cycle.weight is also is point for consumption of battery Life of the battery is 2to 2.5years only. I am from Hydetabad
Hero lectro uses internal battery. It has 18650 cells inside numbering total 20 in 10s2p configuration. Each cell weight is 50g. So total pure cell weight is just 1kg. Total cycle weight is around 21kg. Even 21kg cycle is hard to pedal. Imagine these people on TH-cam who convert existing steel frame cycle to electric. It must weigh 25kg+ and very hard to pedal. 😂
