Loved Charlie Wooster, Bill Hawks and Ward Bond as the wagon master....I grew up with this show long long ago and I still love it.
M1 m mommy and your sister is good n. 1. mm 1. mmm m. . the.
I loved old Charlie. He was the funniest and hawks like was said before was the cool level headed one of the crew
@@patriciafallon1968 what????
Joe Biden you got dementia like Joe Biden
Wagon Train episodes were usuallt exceptionally well written and well acted American morality tales.
Love the music,WagonTrain always had great acting!!!
I have to admit that, Bill Hawks, was my favorite character in "Wagon Train", he was always the "Man" of the outfits crew. He was a "no nonsense" stereo type of that breed of men, whom pioneered the West, and a good man to cover your back! I always admired that kind of man, and what they believed in, a breed of men, who are almost virtually extinct, in this World today........
And he was good looking
@@awnutz Absolutely!.....Robbie
I liked him best until Cooper Smith came on the show. Cooper was full of integrity, bravery and compassion...He was also really hot and had the sexiest voice!
*WHO LIKES THIS WAGON TRAIN? THIS IS THE FIRST ONE I HAVE SAVED IN MY WAGON TRAIN FOLDER AND IT IS STILL HERE!*
They sure don't make shows like this anymore.i love them...
They certainly don't I wonder if they even know how too
Thats for Sure!
Wonderful story. I love Wagon Train.
Another good show 👏 👌
This is the first time I've seen Bill featured in an episode. I really enjoyed it.
I have only recently discovered Wagon Train and I am hooked...I just watched an episode where Bill goes to buy horses from a friend of Chris Hale. The friend had just died, leaving everything to his daughter. Her greedy stepmother is outraged that she has been cut out of the will and she, and her cohort, try to kill the girl. Of course, Bill’s not going to let that happen!
@@char524 That was another good one. I tell you, Terry Wilson was really hot back then. I just love the episodes when he’s front and center!
Loved this show Charlie and Bill were the only ones who were on the show from start to finish
Have to agree. Bill's the man. My dad was a davey crocket sort..great man. No need for them to be extinct. Each man can be that if they will.
I love wagan train use to watch it with my parents God rest there soul
Great episode of Wagon Train...Thanks for the upload!!!
Today's tv is crap. This show was so much better. More movie type story's in a weekly show 30 years or more old. Thx for the upload.😍
The movies & tv shows today are filled with subliminal messages
More than 50 years old.
Nice move.. The old like Gold. 😍
I LIKE WAGON TRAIN
Pgreat program love it
You know what, Mr. Terry? Your channel, and Rob Word's "A Word on Westerns" are the top 2 Classic Western channels around. Y'all bring back so many memories of me growing up, watching these shows on TV and at the Theater, and all the Role Models and Heroes that were in them. 👍👍🤠 & 5⭐
thanks for all these shows, I wish they all could be here an full in order. just so it's right. thanks!
Sidekicks, bad guys, comedy relief, this was the age of the character actor, the best, many stole the light from the lead actors. What a great time.
I’ve watched this movie 🍿 twice. It was one of my favorites. 🥰🥰🥰
Ward bond the best wagon master cecilia sc never miss watch every day
If you liked this you'll love the movie "Joe Dakota."
Joe Dakota is a 1957 American Western film directed by Richard Bartlett and written by William Talman and Norman Jolley. The film stars Jock Mahoney, Luana Patten, Charles McGraw, Barbara Lawrence, Claude Akins, Lee Van Cleef, Anthony Caruso and Paul Birch. The film was released on October 27, 1957,
Joe Dakota, a handsome, mysterious, and not exactly pleasant man, reaches Arborville, an isolated oil-seeking community in California. He is seeking a former Indian scout who allegedly left the town after having sold real estate. Joe soon uncovers an unpleasant truth about the townsfolk and their oil well, which was built on the site of the Indian scout's farm.
I had watched this movie before so I knew how it was going to end, but it was still hard to wait all that was going on before it started getting better.
I LIKE WARD BOND AND FLINT
Good old show 😆
+John Wallace watch joe dakota 1957 on youtube same story
Love old westerns, all of them. Disappointed in not having credits for the actors in this episode and for others. I love recognizing the actors ( That includes actresses) by looks and name of yesteryear who became stars years later. I also wish providers would publish the date of the original showing for each episode in the comments section.

@@hh-sb4nq thank you! 😊
@@spookygirl7761 no problem ☺️ thanks for your feedback
Bill was my favorite character
Gene Roddenberry fashioned Star Trek after this series...the wagon train to the stars.
Bill was a strong and handsome man. I love in the bar where he hit the two men.
By the gods....so many TV episodes from the 50s and 60s were so good...what went wrong???
Of the cast on wagon train ward bond is my favorite. Why cause he looks like a family member of mine today. I watch wagon train only with Mr. Bond in the episodes.
GIRLS SHOWS WERE KNOWN TO HAVE REAL HAPPY (HAPPY) ENDINGS❤❤❤❤
Please give info on Ward Bond !!! How did he die in real life !! We really missed him .
Wardell Edwin Bond (April 9, 1903 - November 5, 1960) (aged 57)
Dallas, Texas, U.S.
Bond suffered a massive heart attack when he and his wife were at a hotel in Dallas. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.
His close friend John Wayne gave the eulogy at his funeral. Bond's will bequeathed to Wayne the shotgun with which Wayne had once accidentally shot Bond on a hunting trip.
Bond was in Dallas to attend a football game between SMU and Texas A&M at the Cotton Bowl (the game ended in a scoreless tie).
@@hh-sb4nq wow! 😮 thank you kindly.
@@hh-sb4nq btw, as I'm writing this. today is April 09, 2022. his birthday. ❤
@@spookygirl7761 oh yeah. Great observation!!🙂
In the house when Karen passed by her dresser I saw a small vase with a ruffled top. I have one just like it and if this movie had been in color that vase would have been pink glass. 😊
Such a sad cometary on human nature. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
*SWIFT AS THE DEER THAT RUNS FROM THE HUNTER*
actually this episode is a remake of joe dakota starring jock mahoney claude akins lee vancleef and charles mcgraw
You are totally right isn't that weird that they remade that but who knows maybe the Joe Dakota story was made after this one
@@arieswaters >>>>Joe Dakota was made in 1957>>>this episode of wagon train was 1963>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
@@sillverspurssaccordionshop8700 in fact both this and joe dakota borrowed heavily from bad day at blackrock
Cecilia fromsc ward bond is the best love the rainy story
It's like the same as the movie Joe Dakota.
havnt seen joe dakota but the plot is borrowed from bad day at black rock.
Hola.. me. Gustas series
Por favor en castellano

WHAT WAS THE NAME OF WARD BOND ON THIS PROGRAM ?
Major Seth Adams.
This is a great classic western…however… it is the exact same storyline as the western movie “Joe Dakota” starring Jock Mahoney…almost the same, just changed the names.
*36:00** KAREN´s BOOTS ARE MADE FOR WALKIN!*

Karen is the boss
Some of the horsemanship on this show was horrific. They should have hired the wranglers from Rawhide to teach some of these actors to ride a horse properly and to not rely on those severe bit rigs.
Glad I never noticed!
This is either taken from the script of a movie called Joe Dakota (dakota joe?) starring Jock Mahoney, or visa verse, here on UTUBE. Little different ending.
Bad Day at Black Rock (1955) via Joe Dakota (1957) anyone
The Indian, section of this story is identical 2 the movie 🎬 Dakota with Jock Mahoney
Like John Ford, and other Directors have commented, you can teach a cowboy to act but you can't teach an actor to be a cowboy.
Jorn freeman the boss
*40:00** THE UNTOLD INJUN STORY! STARRING INJUN?¿*
There is a movie I watched not that long ago, with a much similar story line. I just can't remember the name of it.
two movies Bad Day At Black Rock and joe dakota first one is way better with spencer tracy .
Thanks I was trying to remember the same thing. I must have watched Joe Dakota, same story line only they were drilling for oil.
My only problem with westerns is the treatment of the horses. I realize this was past the point when the aspca stepped in. But these guys balancing off the reins with curb bits. No. Just no
CHRIST loves you and died for you. You can accept Jesus as your savior anytime you want. As a very old saying goes he, jesus, is only a prayer away. Just accept him as your savior and read the Holy Bible
