    This was quite good. The Cantillon Effect explains almost everything now. Also, price levels do not rise evenly. The Cantillon Effect also accounts for this.

      @@WeStudyBillionaires now look up how dependent all levels of government are on higher home prices and higher stock prices. A lot has changed with US Treasury tax receipts in the last few decades

    110y averages: +3% inflation, +2% employment, +2% productivity. They all together (not simply inflation) mirror money supply growth. Inflation targeting in the US is only 12 years old and has been met since the late 2021.There is +2.6% avg currently.
