    This is THE END of first time home ownership and the slow death of the middle class in a generation.

      Since the start of capitalism in 1602, people are screaming, "it's the end, it's the end!", yet it's never the end, for 422 years, it's never the end, there is no end, never. There is only people missing the boat.

      Doubtful. A problem generally leads to a new solution.

    Remember Long Term Capital management? Split strike conversion is not an ETF.

    but when you got your 11% rate..... houses cost literally 5,000 dollars.... now do that same 11% on a 500,000,00 dollar home??? these analyst are idiots and truly oblivious to the younger generation's pain....

      Tom Lee will make you feel good, but he is overly positive about this market every time he speaks.

    It was narrated that Muslim bin Yasar and 'Abdullah bin 'Atik said: "Ubadah bin As-Samit and Muawiyah met at a stopping place on the road. 'Ubadah told them: 'The Messenger of Allah forbade selling gold for gold, silver for silver, wheat for wheat, barley for barley, dates for dates"'- one of them said: 'salt for salt,"' but the other did not say it-"unless it was like for like, hand to hand. And he commanded us to sell gold for silver and silver for gold, and wheat for barley and barley for wheat, and to hand, however we wanted."' And one of them said: "Whoever gives more or ask for more has engaged in Riba(interest)."'

    All these structured ETFs are scams, just buy VOO and forget about it

    • @AmeriGlobal
      @AmeriGlobal 15 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      VOO is great for people that hope the market will just keep going up. The low interest rate environment we once had is now dead. SPY has been around much longer than VOO and if we look back from 2000 to 2007 SPY climbed less than 20% from peak to peak over 7 years.
