Aww I’m so happy for you this is so exciting 🎉 you are such a good dog mom for taking sweet Harvey 🐶 in right when you noticed he was in pain. I work at a vet 🏥 clinic and thier are so many owners who bring thier pet in when the infections are full blown in thier dogs. Love to see diligent pet owners ❤

congrats on the move! I lived for a short time in Surfers when I was going to school for a semester abroad and loved it so much. It's a goal to get back there one day. I also feel for you and dog troubles. I recently spent an entire night awake with my dog while he was having an allergic reaction to something he encountered while we were on a walk. Went to the vet twice in 1 week 😭He's doing much better but it's the worst trying to figure out what's wrong and you just want to take all their pain away.
Ahhh no it’s actually the worst not knowing what’s going on with them 🥹 so so glad he’s doing okay ❤

Sophie, not sure if Harvey is still wearing his cone but ours kept getting out of it and we ended up putting little shorts on him (made for dogs with velcro)so he couldn't lick that area and he was a much happier dog :) for next time if he's out of it :)

If you're worried about Sam's snoring maybe getting a sleep test might be beneficial. I have a few family members who went for one (to mostly test for sleep apnea) and pretty much all of them were given a machine to sleep with that basically gives them more oxygen while they sleep and they don't snore anymore. It might not be that extreme in Sam's case but they could offer some other recommendations to help reduce his snoring :)

I just heard today from someone who’s dog was bitten by another dog that they sell inflatable cones for dogs which helps with the disorientation due to height on most cones and they can also lean their head on the cone
omg he luckily got the cone off today but if he ever needs one again I will be doing this!!!
My cavvie is often needing to go to the vets for the same "glands" sitch. Hope he feels better! We use a supplement for him called Fibor to help prevent.

my dog had an emergency eye surgery she had to wear a cone for two month it was horribleee I had to leaver her at the vet for two daysn the same day i got accepted at my new job so i relate on the conflicting feelings with the harvey story
