You can either buy/purchase/or find them online. Etsy, Amazon, and Walmart seem to have them online. I'm not sure about in store, but definitely online. Or you can make one yourself, like what she did here, and choose your own charms to pick out. What she did here is she took some clear slime, put it in a circular container/lid. She then added some charms and let it dry out.
