Wouldn’t say I have a favourite but 3 of his best moments for me is 1) in season 12 the detective voice was so cool and really well done 2) the season 11 finale when he realises who he is and helps Lloyd 3) in season 4 when he and the other ninja all do spinjitzu after getting there powers back. I was thinking the exact same thing when Nya said it brings tears to her eyes to see the band back together
Zane will always be my favorite character in ninjago my favorite zane moments are when he unlock his ture potential (because of how awesome it was), when he sacrifice himself to save both his friends and new ninjago city (because of how sad it was), when he returned (because it means he's part of the team again) and when he unlock golden dragon form (because that design is so cool)

Zane is more than just a nindroid, he’s more human than anyone thinks he has so much compassion and love for his friends and family because when we see him sacrifice himself he doing to protect them and make sure nothing happens to his family. He would rather died then see anyone hurt
