Reminds me of my alarm clock app. It has little messages every day, like "You're good enough just as you are." I guess that one isn't too bad, but sometimes it says some creepy shit like "You light up my world." This morning it straight up told me "I miss you."
I want to know who programmed that and if they thought it would be funny, or if they genuinely thought it would be touching to have your _alarm clock_ talk to you like a long distance lover.

You should do "each room is inspired by a different pack" you can use how many packs you want in each room but the room has to be inspired by the chosen pack, for example, if you get Cottage Living you have to inspire the room as a farm or a cottage, etc.🤧👀

I feel like vintage glamour gets a lot of undeserved hate, I personally like it and use a lot of items from it.
It’s definitely my favorite stuff pack, and I think I use those dressers and closets more than any others in the whole game lol

an interesting variation of this challenge would be that you build the shell, then roll 3 times, and those 3 packs are all you can use for the whole build

There's something like that in LilSimsie's Wheelspin Build challenge, but of course you don't need to do that to roll only 3 packs. But the random pack choices are like: 1 pack, 2 packs, 3 packs, ALL THE PACKS, none of the packs. In addition to options like build style, size, budget, neighborhood, color scheme, etc.
I rolled up one recently with 3 packs, and since it doesn't say what _kind_ of pack, I've decided to do one of each: One expansion, one game, one stuff. I got Seasons/Strangerville/Spooky.
This won't be weird at all! :)

@@emmiemage1795 Day-um. That deserves a doctor call. I just started mine, but thankfully all but two of mine have been not bad. One bad one I was in the hospital and insufficient supplies. The other bad one, I was on some meds that pissed the baby-maker off. I'm in my 40s and aware how lucky I am.

@@emmiemage1795 oh boy, you should def talk to your doctor/gyno about possibly having PCOS or some other issue so they can help you out. Mine was diagnosed in the midst of what wound up being a 2-month long period that only stopped because I was put on birth control. Big fun.

Build challenges are the easiest to watch, they’re fun and enjoyable without being too content-heavy (for example I probably wouldn’t watch a lot of entire history of videos back to back but could binge build challenges). I hope you do loads more.

you should try a challenge where you pick 3 or 5 (depending on how much you hate yourself) packs and build a house only using those (for added difficulty you can also add the rule that you have to use all objects from said packs)

Just a lil tip but if you have a flat roof that you just can’t get to work, use the small half walls and then a lot of the roof tiles are able to go on the flat bits so it can match the rest. Or you could use the dance floor to make it look like it’s like a sun spotlight moment.

personally i actually prefer when you “cheat.” being really inventive is always funny but i like when there’s a actually useable house at the end of the challenge!! like to me i think the challenge of using items from only one pack is enough of a challenge itself- when you don’t have all the functional stuff in a particular pack i think it should always be allowed to use a basegame item so you kitchen at least has 1 counter, 1 sink, 1 stove, 1 fridge. to me it’s more fun seeing you styling items than having to pull a bunch of stuff from debug!! but that’s just me !

I could go for another Sims 3 version of this but reroll if the content pack doesn't have the proper necessities related to the room, but for each pack that comes up before one fits there must be one item from that pack in the room. And the house should have a family/recreation room and the more formal living room, a proper dining room rather than a table and chair stuffed into a corner for eating in the kitchen, and a workshop/garage. Get Fast lane then garage or something like supernatural and it's a witch workshop, world adventures and nectary/fortune cookie shop? And separate the house exterior from the yard, windows, doors, wall treatment, well that should be universal for the whole house so roll until you get a pack with what's needed and then add something from each pack that came up onto the lot and permanent in the area it was placed in. The yard stuff well hope for Outdoor Living but it wont change the house itself.
Not only is this is the second "each room is a different pack" video from Jess but this is the second time she's made the cursed centipede Strangerville couch....I love this woman's dedication
You know it's pretty sad most of the packs in the game don't even have the basics to make a full room :/ I did this and I did not get even ONE pack that had a floor and a wallpaper. Most didn't have either. Not every pack should have enough stuff to make a full house but at least make a complete room that fits the theme of the pack. The only ones I can see not really having it are the outdoor focused ones, like romantic garden and perfect patio, but they could definitely fit them into those themes as well. I hope with these pack refreshes maybe they go back and change things like that.

I’ve had an idea for a while-
So essentially it is, you know how if you press the + key it switches thru swatches? Well if you hold it down it quickly switches thru all of them. So what I was thinking of is you make an entire house by holding down the key for a few seconds and getting a randomized swatch. It does create a little of a flash tho
As someone with multiple disabilities periods are the absolute devil but at least I'm not pregnant darlings🎉🎉🎉
