The message of your video resonated deeply with me, on this eve of my 54th birthday, where I feel my mortality growing closer and the changes in my body reminding me so each day. Having grown up in the countryside, but living in a city for 5 years it’s so lovely to listen to both the beautifully narrated poetry whilst looking at the incredible scenery that reminds me of home. And it also helps me relax! Thank you so much and keep it up!

That was absolutely beautiful. I lost my husband earlier this year and I'm now on my own with my two beautiful.dogs and two beautiful horses who give me an awful lot back. I do get down though because there is so much to do and I need help but I try my best. You helped me so much with that lovely poem and it's so true just be as you are and try and enjoy every day as much as you can because we are not here for long so make the most of it.
Thank you Julia, you read it so well & I loved the little walk through the woodlands by the stream. Hearing the water, the crunch of the shoes on the leaves was a lovely soothing tonic to the senses!

I like this, spending time in the nature is good for your soul, putting everyday problems in perspective. I am from Sweden and live near the magical national park Stenshuvud, shaped by the last ice age.

You left a lovely comment in response to the video and if some pedantic, obnoxious person has nothing better to do then try and be clever, try being the operative word, then leave him to it. He's probably a bit sad and lonely - you should feel sorry for him rather than feel you have to defend yourself over something that doesn't need defending.
