I feel like people aren't praising the actors enough, especially focusing on the two boys, they brought the characters to life PERFECTLY. They understood the character. And I don't know why Gavin stands out to me, but he was exactly how Jeremiah was in the book it's insaneee
I wouldn’t say Gavin was better in his role than Chris, but I agree this cast is perfect. I think Conrad is a more complex character so I’m assuming for an actor he might be more fun to play… BOTH guys (actually all of the ) at the end of episode 7, had me on n tears! When Chris was crying and said “I need you 😭 all this is JMO

Gavin(Jeremiah) always stood out to me when I watch the shiw when I first saw Gavin(Jeremiah) I was like DAMN HE IS FINEEE😂
Reasons to watch this show:
1) everybody in the show looks absolutely gorgeous
2) they all have perfect chemistry
3) even if the show has a cliche storyline, it's still very well presented and super likeable.
4) soundtracks 🤌

Love how eveyone are talking about their character/personality. Gavin, Lola and Chris are smart kids. They’re not only pretty face, but all of them took their art seriously. Just read about their background & I love how smart these young people are. Hoping to see more from them!

i agree with Chris , if read the books you will be team conrad already, but seeing the conrad of the series made me even more a team conrad girl, just loved his and belly´s chemistry.

When I was reading the books I switched who switched a lot of I preferred Belly with but Gavin legit makes me ship him with Belly the chemistry b/w the actors and just Gavin brought Jeremiah alive so well he was petty and immature a little bit trying to mess up Belly and Conrad but he still young and still learning

I read the book series when i was a freshman in highschool and was in love with these books. I freaked out when I saw that they had made it into a show and watched it the literal day it came out. Literally was one of the best shows, made me cry more than any other movie/show. TEAM JEREMIAH EVEN THO I ALREADY KNOW THE ENDING!

i literally watched the show twice. the first time was the day it came out and me and my mom watched it all day without stopping and i cried forever after the last episode. and i watched it again with my mom and cousin and cried the whole last episode knowing everything that was already going to happen. i and definitely team jere, all the way! he just proved he loved her time after time and knew he wanted her from the beginning, even tho conrad also knew he wanted belly from the beginning he never tried to show her that i feel.
Team Conrad and belly because in the show and the books you can see and feel that intense spark and connection between the two of them literally the perfect cast I love Jeremiah in the books not so much but in the show he is so good but him and belly don’t have that romantic connection they have more of a bsf connection and it just doesn’t feel right like it does with Conrad

I read the books a long time ago and really loved everything they did in season 1 to bring the characters to life and expand on the storyline. I’m so excited for how they will handle season 2 and for any new moments or scenes they will give us
SAME! I read these books a long time ago, I’ve read them numerous times since! When I found out about the show I was so excited I cried! I’ve been thinking for years that these would make such a good show or a movie! I cannot wait to see what they do with the other seasons portraying the other two books!

I read these books when they came out 12-ish years ago when I was 14 and it quickly became a favorite series of mine. When I saw they made a series out of it I rushed to watch every episode and was not disappointed. These actors brought the characters to life in such a perfect way and did the books so much justice.
I CANNOT BELIEVE ITS A SHOW NOW😭😭😭 I was absolutely obsessed with these books for years in my childhood, I can’t wait to watch

i remember meeting gavin at a restaurant a whileeeeee back, about 4-5 years ago i would say .. and i cannot express how KIND he was , he was seriously the sweetest person ever . so down to earth and comforting !! even after i took a picture with him and spoke with him he later went out of his way while leaving the restaurant to come back to our table and say that it was nice meeting us . i’m so glad to see him getting the recognition he sooo deserves now . he’s truly a sweetheart
