Under sec 354 IPC
It's mentioned in crpc the entry related to sec 354 substituted by the criminal law (amendment) act 2013 (13 of 2013), sec 24 (c) w.e.f. 3-2-2013
The offence is cognizable and bailable and imprisonment for 2 year or fine and both
There should be an Advocates academy in every state under the High Court Bar and Bar Association of State so that new advocates can be prepared for court and can make themselves eligible to self dependent in the shape of knowledge and Income
