    Heroin movies never end well. Hollywood movies are great to show the difference between pot and heroin. Pot is Cheech and Chong, Harold and Kumar, and Pineapple Express, heroin is Trainspotting and Requiem for a Dream. You don't want any part of heroin.

      A close friend of mine tried smoking heroin once and once only, said it was too good and he could see himself losing everything to it.
      Another friend had a fairly long relationship fixing H, and had been clean for 30 + years, and to this day, can't watch any scene in a movie where someone is shooting up, he has to get up and leave the room, the mental pull of it is that strong even 30 years on

      When I was given morphine in hospital, I realised I could never dabble in heroin at all. It was arguably a very bad situation as to why I was in hospital, but I remember the morphine made it the greatest time ever and I can still remember 10 years later how great it felt.

    Rack pulls with a wide grip, and right under my knees have helped me tremendously in that I’ve been breast-feeding for the last year and I have this giant baby to lug around so my upper back has been a mess. I noticed if I do them at least once a week it keeps things Pretty good for me. Other than that, I rather just do deadlifts because time and may as well hit everything

    At 18 I was 58kg (127) around 26 years old I was 75kg (165) about this time I transitioned to a vegan. At 28/29 I started training with an actual program with intensity. Got up to 95kg (210) this only took me a year of bulking drug free. (And creatine) I've been on maintenance ever since. But I'm sure I could have put on a lot more size if I continued to bulk. I'll remain natty because I've got no interest in body building. I literally got jacked to play better beer league ice hockey. It was a secondary goal.
    The body is capable of a lot natural. Taking gear should really be considered properly and this video explains that well.

    How can someone maintain good mental health while consuming excessive steroids? I imagine the anxiety attacks must be intense.

    • @Meerjongfraumann
      @Meerjongfraumann 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      “A friend” told me that you have to make sure your mental health is pretty solid, before you hop on gear. In addition, one’s partner should be informed, educated, and be somewhat on board. They can often be a good source of reason when the paranoia sets in, or when one is angry at the world and everyone on it for no reason. Lastly, the agreement should be made that your partner or a close friend can say “Hey, you are out of line, you need to come off.”, and if you agree to that, then it’s a good motivation to simply not let your emotions run out of control - because you don’t want to go off, therefore you’ll figure out how to handle mental sides.
      But I wouldn’t know any of this that is just what my friend told me😉😅
