Being close to my mom is a red flag? Fine by me, that woman has been a pillar in my life, I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for her.

A smart one. Sell the ranch or hire someone to take care of it. If your dad was that concerned he would have left enough money to keep the place going.

Best to avoid women who use the word "toxic" when referring to a man. "Toxic" means anything that makes her feel bad, for whatever reason, and she lacks the introspection to realize it's on her, not the man. This also means she has a problem taking accountability in general. Then when the relationship ends, You can already tell she will call You toxic, because it's just how this kind of person operates.

Same with me I was with a girl scense high-school and we were both our firsts about 18 years into the relationship she told me she had cheated multiple times when we were in our 20s and the whole time I and stayed loyal about a year after that we were relocating across the country and she moved out the there first while I sold the house because her job transfered her and about 1 month in she said she met a guy and didn't want me to come out there. Woman are terrible I put my all into her and stay 100% loyal even when I had the chances to cheat and that's how I was rewarded. It's best to focus on her body count in recent months. If she has a high body count but that was because she was wild in her late teens and early 20s that's not an issue.

Not allowing access to your phone is a red flag? They need to ask themselves if a man wants to have access to your phone whenever he wants just to check it. They would instantly assume that he's insecure for not trusting her but somehow she's allowed to do that how does that even remotely make sense? I would take it more of an insult if a woman asked me to check my phone because it implies you're doing something bad. And they try to use reverse psychology and say things like if you haven't done anything bad, it's no big deal, that's not the point. It's weird also because they're creating all these rules that they themselves won't follow, so what in the world makes them think they can do that, but the man can't?

I think whoever does the inviting should pay for the FIRST date. That's most likely to be the man. The inviter should pay because no one's financial info is usually discussed before the first date. It was (ostensibly) all his idea, and it's a gamble on a complete unknown. How much would you bet on a coin toss? If he's smart, it should be cheap enough to be painless if the gamble doesn't pay out, and so cheap that YOU are the only attraction accepted or rejected. Afterwards, costs should be shared according to ability. If she only wants what she can get from you for free, DUMP HER.
