Probably because of the stream that gets cut off during the middle of the chorus. It acts as a mini break from the stream, but it throws you off the flow of the music; at least that's how I feel when playing S8.
GalluZ two months later here. Looking (and after beating) S15 doesn't have much twists as S11. Because of lower note density, doing S11 twists can get uncomfortable because you're holding the twisting position quite longer, though I'd argue for bad foot placement.
