"On fire" does a few things. It'll reduce your cooldowns twice as fast (calculated after CDR it looks like), increase your mana/energy regen. It also has a few downsides. It'll increase ur damage taken by 25%/35% (melee/ranged), and decrease healing and shielding by 25%. Crazy that they never say that on the item lol.

And yet R was at 39 when E was ready!!! So i just looked up what "on fire" meant. It apparently gives an AOE burn, extra mana regean and CDR. I guess the CDR works like infernal conduit?? But if it DOES give an AOE burn that would be an extra "burn" for infernal conduit!! IMAGINE THE COMBO!!!

You should try a big and small duo. Try and get one of you as big as possible (cho, heartsteel, raid boss, banner of command) and one of you gets as small as possible (literally any yordle, giant slayer)

hybrid shaco is the best way to play shaco, his ratios kinda suck in ap, so basically you start dirk for the earylgame, then liandries, then get items like shojin to get % damage increases

yes, but in arena the increases all incoming damage and reduced healing part is not activated for some reason
