Had an amazing Kundalini activation session yesterday. I was looking for the right sound that could bring me to that moment. I had to stop it right away, it was going so deep that i was getting emotional and feeling vibrations i had never felt before. I'm gonna get back to this video tonight, when i can be 100 % focused. Thank you. We are light, we are energy.
PLEASE READ: What happened to me? I kept getting a weird vibration in my brain and felt paralysed. This lasted for about maybe 15 seconds and would repeat every few minutes. I also went into a state of lucid dreaming and then had Dmt like hallucinations, really bright 3 dimensional colours with my eyes closed. Never had this happen before with TH-cam meditation videos.! The brain freeze / paralysis wasn’t particularly pleasant. While it was happening, I couldn’t move or control my body. It was almost verging on painful, but not quite. More like severe discomfort. I wasn’t scared, but more intrigued than anything else. Unfortunately had to stop listening as the experience was so intense. Felt nearly as intense as a dmt breakthrough. What happened to me? I am usually very sceptical of these types of videos, but this experience was unlike anything I have experienced before without drugs. I’ve read a lot of the comments, but can’t find anyone that has experienced what I did. Any suggestions very welcome, Just to add, the weirdness started about 40 mins in. I had to stop at 1 hour 9 mins. Very, very intense. This was my first time exploring Kundalini.

But the earth wont care if we destruct the atmosphere and on.. she will regenerate but maybe humans wont be here anymore to see it ? :) There are so many red dots on the list of humans whats to do to transform not only our spirit, but its the beginning. the truth is most ppl dont CARE. They havent the experience to understand how hughe the real problems are, i guess they will see it when its to late, as all the times before humans builded something get greedy and then theyve destruct it. Its a neverending freakshow, and humans superpower is to forget all of those things. I did this meditation for the first time today and it won't be my last! This is fantastic. When I finally released my pre-conceived notions and expectations, I was able to embrace the present moment. Then, about 12 minutes in, I realized I was hardly breathing, which kinda freaked me out, but I know that is by design. Glad I have many, many lives to perfect my practice. 🙏

I am a kundalini person and have had the power active in the body now for 11 yrs. And i can say that what you are saying is true to a certain extent. That is if you have any debree in your energy pathways then the kundalini will burn. That could be toxicity of mind and or body. But when you are relatively clean. Vegetarian/vegan diet and a healthy spiritual practice and a functional pathway for grief and pain then the kundalini will not burn in your system. It will uplift you and dismantle all of that which is false. Following the kundalini and letting it take over where necessary is vital to the process which might take decades to go through. Any fears regarding the kundalini are solely based on ignorance. May all beings remember their truest self. 1LuV
I have had an experience while meditating where a huge black snake came up through my inner channel (shashuna?) merged with my being and said “ YOU ARE ME AND I AM YOU AND WE ARE GOING OUT!!!!” And then we flew up out of my body. The feeling of the serpent energy was like none I had ever felt. Just raw power afraid of nothing and intent on its destination. It freaked me out and pulled me right out of the meditation.
The kundalini is known as the coiled serpent before it awakes. When it happens you will dream about snakes. Most telling sign before you realize what is happening.
