He never got booed. He got always respected. He never got the push he deserved. He definitely should have won the match at Unforgiven 2002. Thank you RVD, thank you for everything.

Daddy & Monkey I know ECW RVD when I watched RVD's One of a Kind DVD over 10 years ago in 2005. Wasn't a Fan of Wrestling until Batista Debuted in May 2002
This is a official debut, instead of 1997, hè made a limited debut, In the wwf, but his run 2001, rvd was at the peak of his career if rvd should be wwf champion, the he should be the face of the company, instead of brock and cena

SharksRule86 but, ,at the time, rvd was super over, maybe a bit over then brock, but he was not even a true badass in the ring, hè was'nt charismatic enough

Miss hearing his theme and the old days of wrestling. I hate what WWE is now. If RVD does somehow manage to get a longer contract return, i think this would be a badass comeback song
Dude, RVD is the coolest HANDS DOWN, first time i saw him debut he instantly was my favorite straight up no bullshit. He represents 420, he has the most unique fighting style almost like a comic book ninja, his chill and "stoned" attitude is fucking hilarious when he's speaking to really stressed out types like when he had segments with heel stone cold, he's always so goddamn chill and collected it inspires me so much how down to earth he is but at the same type has this "hardcore ninja don't fuck with me" fighting style. I'm so happy as well that he is very loved by many and will never be forgotten

I like both and it’s cool cause I find this is like the baby version to the one with words cause the quality and overall sound of it is a bit toned down vs the real song version
the star of the invasion.. while all the other wrestlers were off looking silly and switching sides back and fourth every other week this guy was the ecw rep kicking anyones ass all the while still having the crowd back him.
same thing with that Olympic swimmer named Michael Phelps, He has collected more Olympic gold than any swimmer in the world, and he openly admitted to smoking weed all the time. So if anyone ever says "Weed is for Losers" just think about Michael Phelps and Rob.... Van... Dam
I don’t think they had a choice! Van Dam was the fan favourite in his matches with Jeff Hardy (one of my favourite rivalries) in 2001 and his in-ring offence makes him almost impossible to be a heel. How can anyone boo a high-flyer that was putting 5star matches every time he was on TV. RVD may be one of the most consistent babyfaces in sports. He was never really a heel. 👍
RVD should be considered one of the best faces in wrestling. Everyone loved him, and he wasn't a corporate tool like cena. People genuinely cheered for the guy.
God this brings back so many memories when I was a kid! I remember rvd made his debut in wwf during the wcw invasion storyline. That was probably the best segment in the Attitude era imo
