Good morning Achiote Family, today I bring you the craving for these summer days that reminds me of the Colombian Caribbean coast. A fried fish, but well fried, soft inside and crispy on the outside, that is not bathed in oil and best of all, made by ourselves at home. I used Dorada because it is the fish we have in season and it was so provocative that we decided to use it for today's recipe. You can follow the process with Bocachico, mojarra roja, mojarra negra, etc. Don't miss out on this fishy delight.
