Iv'e cooked goat..so fatty..not a fan of even the smell.not interested to try it nor lamb..
Roasted/slow baked lamb is lush. I buy lean cuts, less fat or I cut the fatty parts off before cooking
Lamb is good but I feel guilty eating it seeing how precious the lamb is so I don't eat it often ... that's just me I also went vegetarian several times before so
