The block previews are ridiculously murky. I agree about the inside ruts, but also I think there should be some elevation varieties, to have a whole section higher than the rest, for example.
I don’t like how you can’t toggle between the different obstacles anymore. I find myself hitting L1 trying to switch from straights, to jumps, for example, only to be sent to test the track.

Running a low gear when exiting? I usually do second or third. Still sometimes wheelie, but usually its not to bad. Most the time I run the medium gear ratio as well. If you are leaning back with the left thumbstick that will make him wheelie a ton more.
I always found that the previous supercross triple take off jumps were too tall compared to real life. And the old premade supercross triples were too long so its nice that the made the jumps more to scale.👍 all in all I think it's an improvement even though I wish there were split lanes and ruts to use but oh well I guess.

I don't understand why it is so dark when you are testing your track and validating it. How could they not have known about that. Track editor looks the same as 2 but you can change jumps to sand which is nice but can't flip everything.

Well I actually did mine outside in the large rectangle stadium lol. I think they could improve the lighting a bit when practicing. Couldnt even tell there was a cut out that kept messing me up until I validated and saw it under the lights.
Actually it came across a little lighter in the video than it did when I was actually playing. Its that dark in the indoor diamond stadium when testing. It was beyond to dark. I didnt want to brighten to much because I wanted you to be able to see what its like as of right now. At the very end I did a race under the lights. Tracks much more lit up then.

So essentially they added sand but removed some good features people used in previous versions. FFS. Can they ever just improve anything without removing other features as a sacrifice. Boooooring. I'm so disappointed. I just don't get why they would remove pieces and remove the ability to flip some pieces. Why? Milestone again disappointing us. There's always a caveat, you can have new features, but at a cost of losing other features. Lame. So irritated by this.
The not being able to flip most the pieces was a pretty big disappointment. Missing the little triples that you could flip to add to rhythms, a few other jumps, and maybe a couple different angled corners was really unfortunate. I mean I like the new sand feature, but not sure I was willing to sacrifice everything else.
@@windham151 yeah, there wasn't any reason for them to do that. The more pieces and features, the better. Why remove stuff? Seems like a really stupid decision. I was really looking forward to this, but man what a kick in the balls.

They could also fill the unused infield with people, machinery, etc.
Think milestone need to explain how validating works. So for example what the user does, does it effect how the ai ride the tracks.
If it's anything like GTA5 races then it just needs to know that you and the AI can complete 2 laps, that's all. It wont affect the AI

Unless it is similar in size or similar in piece (ex. certain jumps can be switched out) I think you have to completely delete back to it.

Yeah, I was a bit disappointed with them. Didnt expect great AI on the custom tracks, but they seemed abnormally slow on this one.
