There is a move she does when she takes the microphone out of the stand. She does a sort of pirouette after she puts the stand down that is incredible. If you watch this video again keep an eye on the move. She a talented dancer as well as a singer

She is using a red mic and keyboard on her current tour, so I think it's safe to say that the red mic doesn't have anything to do with this song specifically. That's just what she's using these days.
