Honestly its looks like the ghost city there is almost 10 house with same size and designed and its looks like that they leave all houses abandoned for quite long time

Just average, big time waste of space. Obviously in this house, a large family is going to live with many children. I don’t think this is a child friendly house. Selfishly designed for grown ups. I don’t understand why the property is tilted when the plot is straight. There should have been at least 6 rooms. Also I feel the wardrobe area is small in some rooms on top floor as people who buy this would have a large closet. The interior is well designed 100 points on that. Overall a good house but could have added more space.

A lot of positives - the outside space is functionally good, especially with the firepit and seating area and also the pergola in the other corner as well as the waterfall feature around the backyard BUT...... considering the price and one of the best interior designs the house is lacking a deserving look from the outside and a few things are missing (if you critique with a big money in mind for a high fi class living), for example, there is no theatre, no swimming pool, and no dedicated play area for kids, to name a few.

Most of the house is ordinary with few advantages. Very ordinary washrooms no tubs or heaters. Size of the master room is good. Furniture of some rooms seems ordinary too. CCTV seems good with wire fencing. Looks like there will be less privacy when other houses will be built.

The unfortunate reality is - a congested neighborhood with cramped same looking houses more or less - could have been better by enforcing enough spacing and more private spaces for each house (meaning less profit for the developer but far better quality and happier customers - more earning in the long term).

The house is fine but the furniture could be better! Its too dull, grey's and black and darker tones dont compliment at all! A brighter look with red and green complimenting sofa or blue could have been done aestheically!
