Yes . It’s exposed but you can cover with extra flowers . This arch is new and yes in this arch , you can add flower rows
NooZay Decor thank you for your reply. I bought a similar one for under $100 from EFavor mart and they are good. Just the base is different and they are very sturdy too. I tried the flower row on the outer side but it was difficult. Will try your technique and thank you for showing.
