My mother suffered from an ear fungus and had regular ear appointments for years. Between appointments she had to clean out her ears. She used a medicine dropper to dispense medicinal hydrogen peroxide drops in each ear. Two drops in each ear periodically. The peroxide drops dried out the ear wax and the wax dried out and fell out. We did peroxide as a family ear cleaning. A cotton ball kept the ear wax until it dried up and fell out
