I love her story because how melancholic it is, even after it’s all over it’s hard to be *completely* happy because I’m left wondering how Castii is going to move on after losing so much. I love you Castii, please go through therapy
Of the eight “second phase” themes, this one _just barely_ edges out as my favorite. It remains just as epic during the part with Castti’s theme, but with a sense of despair for Trousseau’s mental breakdown. He still genuinely wants to help people… by not only killing them en masse, but in one of the slowest and most painful ways imaginable. And even now, exposed to his own life-sapping rain, he could succeed just by stalling your efforts to stop him.

And his model has him "extend a helping hand" in a twisted mockery of the creed of Eir's Apothecaries which is also hella cool
