Have you had an issue, I can’t figure out why mine will dim the switches when more than two are on and sometimes if you turn off the switch the lights stay on until everything is turned off

The mounting of the bracket under the hood is complete trash, especially for something that costs nearly $650. That's about as stable as my last relationship.

I have no need to add electronics on my TJ but now that someone came up with a good looking way to utilize that space above the windshield/windscreen, perhaps I should get some. Looks like a good product.

It's a sickness I'm telling you. But pretty chuffed on how it's turned out.

how do i find the header bar you used to mount the switches overhead, i have a 05 rubicon and can only find where it mounts on the dash, would rather have it above mirror like in your video?

It's part of the Spot TJ kit. www.4x4spod.com/sourcelt_w_led_switch_panel_2003_2006_tj_lj

I almost never run a top, so I have an everpresent concern about ...hoodlums... walking by and randomly turning on a switch, leading to battery drain. I like the fact that this unit shuts down accessories when the battery gets low.

It's one of those items that just works also, very happy with it.

Do you think it’d be wise to use some clear silicone where the wires come into the Spod box? Just for the (oh crap) moment when the water crossing was deeper than anticipated.

I feel I'd have more pressing issues if water was inside the engine bay at SPOD height.

@@DarrylSheather I just seen you replied to this. I do agree with that aspect.

My 03 Rubicon did. My 04.5 LJ and my 06 Tj do. I think it came when jeep “updated” for 2003

music gave this a very Oceans 12 vibe :) so glad Ive stumbled across your videos Darryl Keep up the good work.. My TJ has sat motionless for years now.. and I have a spare tj in the other shed.. Hopefully I will eventually find time and motivation to turn the Golden girl into a head turner once again.

for that price i'd make my own pod, for 6 relays it's just not worth it. One trip to Repco = 80% savings
