Very detailed and informative video of the manufacturing process of electric motors. Winding of rotors and stators. In addition to the machining of the universal stators communicators bar machining. The 1st time I have seen an insulated conductor used to line the slots of a stator field, usually it's enamiled wire and then dipped in varnish.

Con el respeto que se merecen los expositores quiero decirle que los equipos motores y generadores de corriente continua están mandados a recoger, la tecnología que la reemplazo fueron los AC DRIVES o sea loa motores AC de torque alto en el arranque y luego torque nominal bajito y la velocidad fija de 2,4, 6 polos y aislamiento de 600 voltios AC 60 HZ y protección IP 66 ya no van, igual los moto reductores usados para elevar el torque del motor y así poder vencer el momento de inercia y proporcionar el torque necesario .
Los Ac DRIVES se caracterizan porque su torque es constante , su velocidad es variable y su potencia también. El torque es constante a cualquier velocidad incluyendo el estar parado.
Su aislamiento es 2 KV pues ya no maneja 60HZ sino frecuencias del orden de 3.000 HZ y requiere un cable especial estructurado fabricado por la NOKIA en Finlandia donde yo estuve.
Es lo mejor que existe para sincronizar motores invertir Drive en máquinas papeleras, en puente grúas, y hoy se usan en electrodomésticos por su bajo consumo de energía , pues entre la potencia
Que toma es la Estrictamente necesaria para hacer su trabajo.
El Panel de Control y Potencia le entran 460 VAC, estos van a un barraje y rectificadores que convierte la AC en DC y el inversor dotado de filtros a la salida donde sale nuevamente los 460 VAC pero con torque constante y frecuencia de 3000 HZ. Además de poder trabajar en tándem perfectamente sincronizado se pueden hacer y yo lo he hecho lazos de control teniendo sistemas
De por ejemplo control de densidad por velocidad variable, control ce consistencia por velocidad variable, etc, etc. Yo estuve en la ABV ( Asea Brown Bovery) y conocí toda la tecnología comprada para mi empresa y de Montaje y puesta en marcha era responsable.
Este descubrimiento no es mecánico es de Software y los desarrollaron casi a la para SIEMENS y ABB . Lo invito para que lea en Internet sobre esta nueva tecnología.
